For water retention, edema, & swelling commonly associated with metabolic congestion, excess salt intake or menstrual cycle; natural enhancement of water metabolism; circulatory support and purification. Use orally and for an additional localized effect spray over problem areas such as ankles, hands, face and closed eyelids. Also spray in the air and then breathe in the mist through the nose to get full therapeutic effect from the homeopathic essential oil included in this formula. Hold close to mouth and spray 1 dose directly into mouth 2 to 6 times daily until symptoms improve. Before initial dose, depress pump 4-5 times or until primed.
