Dosage:
Pour content of packet on a wet toothbrush. Brush teeth and gums vigorously for 3 minutes. Rinse with water. Repeat treatment 2-4 times a week.

Tannins may interfere with the absorption/effectiveness of alkaline or steroidal medications.
