I use Berry Flavor Dynamic Greens every morning. I mix a scoop with frozen blueberries, 1/2 a frozen orange, about 1/3 frozen banana and 1 or 2 tablespoons of tart cherry concentrate. I believe it is one reason my type 2 diabetes is darn-near non-existent!

I have been taking Dynamic Greens Berry for at least one year and it is the Best Greens I have ever tried. Some of my children are taking it too. I have stayed healthy and have more energy. When I skip a couple days, my eneryg goes down where I can really notice a difference....GOOD GREENS....TRY IT...YOUR BODY WILL BE HAPPY......
