Aggravations from cold, damp environments including: swollen/cold/numb extremities, internal coldness, cough, difficult respiration, sore throat, swollen glands, back/neck/joint pain, irritability, fatigue, weakness, drowsiness, runny nose. Consider for individuals having difficulty adapting to the climate in which they live or are visiting, as well as indoor environments. Use preventively, and for general health enhancement. Hold close to mouth and spray 1 dose directly into mouth 2 to 6 times daily until symptoms improve. Before initial dose, depress pump 4-5 times or until primed.
